Sorry for re-posting, but I have not rec'd any feedback as of yet...
Can I please get some clarification on the rear bumper specification?
Here is the rule:
Bumpers: - not mandatory, but if installed must be at a height of 2 inches above center line of axles (maximum), not to protrude more than 2 inches beyond the furthest point of body or tires. Maximum width of rear bumper must be 2" less than the width of the rear axle outside of tire to outside of tire to a maximum of 40". Maximum width front - inside tires, not to cover the face of the tire.
I think the width of the bumper is well defined, but I don't fully understand the 2" above centreline of rear axle, maximum. If I were building a rear bumper that had both a lower and upper tube, does the entire assembly have to be above the 2" centreline, or does the assembly have to be below the centreline?
Looking at the homepage mower pictures, there are all kinds of rear bumpers at variable heights, I'm sure some are grandfathered from old rules, but I want to make sure I build to the correct spec.

I sent you a private message but I guess you did not get it. The bumper is as stated maximum 2"above the centre line of axle . So if you build it and want a double bumper everything must be above
